I’m interested in the production of mood

You’re *always* in a space. There’s no time when you’re not. And there’s always some sort of atmosphere or mood. So I’m interested in the production of mood. Space does that particularly well. Music does it better. You adjust your mood throughout the day based on the music you choose to listen to. When you’re thinking about an object, you’re isolating it. You’re sort of destroying the potential for mood. You’re paying close attention to it and the point of mood is that you actually don’t notice it. It’s happening without you being aware.
